Call for abstracts

Deadline extension until Thursday 6 th of April, at midnight.

  1. Prepare your abstract in advance, following the instructions to authors available below.
  2. Log in to the Sfµ Management System that allows members and non members to register and manage their membership.
  3. Once logged in, click on “Soumettre un résumé / Submit an abstract” to go to the submission form.

Instruction to authors

Abstracts will be printed in double-A5 format, the first page being dedicated to the text and the second one to the figures (equations and tables must be submitted as figures).

The text is limited to 350 words, including references and acknowledgements (Arial 9 font will be used). The authors are asked to avoid special characters to ensure a proper edition of their abstract.

Up to two figures can be attached to the abstract. The figures must be uploaded in JPEG format. We recommend a 600x600px² size for each image. The caption must be embedded in the figure (Arial 9 font is strongly suggested). Each figure/table will have to be centered and the caption aligned to the left. References should be given into brackets [1], and listed below the abstract.
